Due to the nature of our services, payments made for consulting engagements, trainings, workshops, and speaking engagements are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.
Cancellations
If a service is cancelled by the client before commencement, refund eligibility will be determined based on the terms agreed in the service contract or engagement letter.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where services were not delivered as agreed. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
